- I started this blog back when I still worked in corrections. I taught in a level-5 security men's prison. Now I own my own company, 360 Innovative Solutions LLC, and am starting another company, Colorado Signet LLC, very soon. I still teach, but now I work with professionals and businesses helping them develop their employees and implement the changes necessary to rise to a level of high-performance. I received a BS in Political Science from University of Utah. I am working on my MABC - Leadership & Influence -- at Jones Intl. University. I live in NE Colorado with my husband, four teenage boys, and two dogs, I have worked as a mentor for high-risk youth, and spent a year in volunteer service with AmeriCorps teaching Asset-building in Southern Idaho to nearly 600 young people. I love to travel, and have clients in many states, and even some in Thailand.
